Tumeke Cycle Space operates entirely on donations in the form of money, parts, tools, and sundries. If you like our work and would like to support our cause, here’s how.

You put cash into our koha box at the workshop, direct deposit funds into our bank account at

Tumeke Cycle Space

or donate through our Givealittle page.

We collect bicycle parts (frames, seat posts, pedals, chains, etc.), tools (wrenches, crank pullers, screwdrivers, etc.), and sundries (lube, grease, rags, etc.) to help people fix their own bikes.
If have any of these in useable shape and would like to donate them to us, please do! You can drop them off during shop hours or email us to arrange an alternative. Thanks!

We thank Auckland Council and Waitemata Local Board for their generous support through the years.

    Hi there

My name is Mike. I am a very keen cyclist (commuter and mountain biker). I have recently moved to Auckland having lived and worked in London for many years (i have some interesting commuting stories from that big old city). I have intermediate workshop skills and good biking skills generally – just love it.

Anyway I’m super keen to get involved in the Tumeke cycle initiative – drop me an email to discuss options. Ciao
